But don’t worry: every order is designed by our in-house team with care. For longer personalisations, we’ll adjust the font size to make sure it fits beautifully. And if anything doesn’t meet our design standards, we’ll always reach out before making it. You’re in safe hands.

Every gift is made to order in our UK workshop. We aim to handcraft and dispatch within 2–4 working days, then send via Royal Mail 24 Tracked (usually 1–2 days to arrive).
