Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy the engraved wooden hearts. I ordered this item from this seller and another item the same but from a different seller as they only had 1 in stock and I needed 2. I also ordered from the other seller before and both sets from them have been lovely. This set from this seller absolutely stinks of burnt wood. I’ve had them aired in my shed for a week and they still smell so bad. I can not gift this item because it’s making everything it touches smell. The customer service has been poor. Failed to acknowledge this and has told me it’s normal and will go away but it hasn’t and I know from previous sellers this doesn’t have to be the case. Then seller stopped replying before matter was solved. I have tried to message politely and I’ve been ignored.

Your 10 personal reasons are engraved onto 4mm Oak veneer which has a lovely rustic tone when engraved and looks simply beautiful. They are kept safe in a natural jute bag which has an extra heart attached to the drawstring that reads ’10 Reasons Why I Love’ and is personalised with your loved ones’ name.
Please note: As the hearts are made from a natural product, there may be variations in the wood grain and natural imperfections beyond our control. The wood is not sealed or varnished so should be kept dry.
Sizes: The 10 hearts measure 5cm x 5cm, the tag measures 6cm x 6cm and the bag measures 14cm x 18cm.
Personalisation: Please let us know in the personalisation box the name that you would like engraved onto the tag and the 10 reasons why you love them. We can fit the personalisation onto a maximum of 3 lines with 15 characters on the first line, 16 on the second and 7 on the bottom (this includes spaces). We will engrave exactly what you type so please double check your personalisation.
Depending on the length of the personalisation required, we may need to alter the font size to fit and so the design may vary slightly from that pictured. We are unable to engrave emojis and words that are fully capitalised in the hand written style fonts. In such instances, where a personalisation is submitted and includes emojis and/ or full capitalisation, emojis will be removed and text altered to lowercase.
